I met a Man

  • Heat and pressure did not turn him into a diamomd but into a cast iron bar.
  • He is impenetrable to ugliness and violent blows.
  • But in the face of True Beauty he will open up in an instant, he will kneel down and cry in his hands so bitterly.
  • "Where did my true beauty go? I never saw it, what happened to it?"
  • Then she says "You can not chase true beauty. You work and you toil, and then one day she is in front of you. Either you take her or she goes by."
  • "But..." he sobs
  • "It is for free" she smiles.
  • "But..." he dried the tears
  • "It can be faked, it can be forged. It can be imitated. It can be depicted or narrated, but it can not be bought. It is for free so that any fool may have her."
  • "I'm a Man, I can think of a way" he zips up his cast iron shell of words, a remaining tear sliding down inwards.
  • "Remember Me, the reflections of the moon in the lake do not replace the moon."
  • She went by.

  1. There's an old saying says "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do" which is true or else he wouldn't be a man. Its when things pop in his life, good or bad, that can have him sidetracked that it becomes tough. But a man must go on and die like a man. According to his actions he could better or worsen himself but he always knows that even when he can be wrong it doesn't matter as long as he stays a man.
